For Jingle Jam, we wanted to take the warmth and familiarity of Christmas and combine it with the lively, celebratory energy of a Mexican-inspired fiesta.
The result is a Christmas menu filled with colour, abundance and dishes made for sharing.
Alongside festive favourites such as roasted turkey, cheese platters and Christmas desserts, you’ll find playful flavours throughout the menu, including dishes inspired by ingredients such as guacamole, sour cream, jalapeño, lime and bold spices.

It’s a fitting choice for Christmas parties where you want the menu to feel a little more special while retaining the convenience of a buffet.
For celebrations where you want to go all out, Grand Jam is our most elaborate Jingle Jam buffet experience.
Starting from $88 per person for a minimum of 25 guests, the menu features 14 items alongside festive highlights such as a turkey carving, charcuterie and cheese selections.
