Yes, 100% full payment charge will be imposed if the cancellation request is less than 72 hours before the event.

We accept payment methods such as PayNow, PayLah, Bank Transfer and Credit Card. Note that pre-payment 3 working days prior to the event is required & 4.5% administration fee is applicable for Credit Card transaction.

We implemented the 10% catering charge to cover the costs for waste management, labor, and equipment setup, which are essential to ensure a delightful dining experience for our valued customers.
