The mini buffet is ideal for small gathering as I can order just for minimum 10pax.
Ordered the mini buffet even though I have 35 pax. Because the menu looks good.
Coffee chicken was delicious. All was snatched up by my guests.
Fish was delicious, too. Saucy and not soggy at all. Flour covering the fish is not too much. Can still taste the fish, and the fish is still soft.
Prawn and shrimp cake, although fried, was not soggy even after a while.
Portion wise, I think the ingredient is quite generous.
I ordered this caterer for all my gathering. Recommended to try.
