Terms & Conditions
  1. Christmas menu is valid from 15 Nov 2024 – 1 Jan 2025.
  2. Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts.
  3. Buffet includes a complete setup with tables, linen, chafing dish & biodegradable disposable cutlery.
  4. iHEAT mini buffet and platter box include biodegradable disposable cutlery, no set up will be provided.
  5. Buffet with setup delivery charge at $90.00 ($98.10 w/GST) per location.
  6. iHEAT mini buffet and platter box delivery charge @ $50.00 ($54.50 w/GST) per trip. No setup will be provided.
  7. CBD & Orchard areas surcharge @ $10.00 ($10.90 w/GST).
  8. A surcharge of $100.00 + 9% GST will be imposed for non-lift landing venue at Level 2. Subsequent levels will incur a charge of $50.00 + 9% GST per level.
  9. 10% service charge for waste management, labour & equipment setup will be applied for buffet orders.
  10. Kindly allow 60 minutes grace period before/after the stipulated delivery time due to peak season of unforeseen circumstances and peak season.
  11. All prices are subject to 9% GST.
  12. The Management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event or amend the terms and conditions at our sole discretion without prior notice.
